Ujazdowskie 18, 00-001. Personal data will be processed in order to and in necessary range to carry out the demand specified in contact form (legal basis is article 6 point 1b) RODO).
Passing the personal data is voluntary however the consequence of unpassing it will be lack of possibility to carry out the demand.
